There were some clouds and a few sprinkles as horses were harnessed for the August drive, but stopped before two single-horse hitches, and a team set out on a 6-mile drive along the gravel roads near Hugo, MN. The drive was enjoyable and the temperature stayed in a comfortable range, after a hot summer. More members joined the potluck, and a birthday was celebrated. so the potluck had a great selection of desserts.
